Cinevelis Support

Cinevelis is a photo editor for iPhone: light, colour and glow on your RAW, ProRAW, HEIC and JPEG photos, with everything kept on your device.

Contact

Write to harolaapp@gmail.com. Please say which iPhone and iOS version you use and, if a photo is involved, whether it is RAW, ProRAW, HEIC or JPEG.

Photos access

Cinevelis can work with your whole library, with selected photos only, or through the photo picker. Change this any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Photos > Cinevelis. Your originals are never changed; exports are written as new photos.

Storage

Preview caches make opening photos fast and can be cleared in Cinevelis's Settings > Storage. Your edits are not affected.

Privacy

Cinevelis collects no data. See the privacy policy.
